Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective news euromillions and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
